At Divine Forge, we create premium, limited-edition streetwear using high-quality materials. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to provide a smooth and transparent return experience.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Must have all original tags attached
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or design:

  1. Return the item
  2. Place a new order after return approval

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Delivery charges must be paid in advance
  • Product payment can be made via Cash on Delivery
  • COD orders are eligible for returns only if they meet the return conditions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified if your refund is approved
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary
